2. User Registration and Accounts

2.1 Registration: To access certain features of Reload Games, you will need to create an account with us. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested. 2.2 Wallet Creation and Connection: Upon successful registration, users have the option to create a digital wallet within Reload Games. Users may also connect other existing wallets to their Reload Games account. The user assumes full responsibility for managing and securing their wallet(s), including keeping private keys, passwords, and other related information secure.

3. Earnings

3.1 Earnings and Losses: Any earnings derived from a game where a wager was placed will be credited to the user's connected wallet. Conversely, losses will be debited from the same wallet. The transfer of funds is automatic and irrevocable.

3.2 Disclaimer: The Company does not bear any responsibility for decisions made by users regarding wagers, including the decision to participate in wagering. Users acknowledge that wagering involves risk, and potential losses cannot be offset against the Company. We urge all users to wager responsibly.

4. Fees and Commissions

4.1 Fee Structure: Instinct Gaming Ltd. levies various fees and commissions for services provided on the Reload Games platform. These include match fees, which are fixed charges applicable to every match played, and commissions on any wagers made.

4.2 Transaction Fees: For every transaction conducted on the platform, whether it involves the exchange of fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or non-fungible tokens (NFTs), a transaction fee will be charged. The fee amount will be deducted directly from the user's connected wallet.

4.3 Platform Fees: The company reserves the right to charge a platform fee for the use of the Reload Games system. This fee supports the maintenance and improvement of the platform.

5. Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and Property Rights

5.1 NFT Availability and Ownership: Users may occasionally have the opportunity to purchase, win, or otherwise obtain unique NFTs. Once obtained, these NFTs are the property of the user and can be transferred, traded, or sold to other users.

5.2 Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the Reload platform, including but not limited to the platform’s design, graphics, text, software, code, and other content, belong to Instinct Gaming Ltd., except for NFTs owned by users. Unauthorised use, copying, reproduction, or modification of any of these properties without prior written consent from the Company is strictly prohibited.

6. User Data and Privacy

6.1 Data Collection and Usage: Instinct Gaming Ltd. collects, stores, and uses data provided by users during account registration, wallet setup, and gameplay. This may include personal data, transaction data, and information about the user's interaction with the platform. This includes the use of encryption, secure servers, and other industry-standard measures. However, users are responsible for securing their own account details, including usernames and passwords and seed phrases to Crypto wallets.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 In the event of any disputes arising from the use of Reload Games, users agree to first contact the Company to seek a resolution. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly between the user and the Company will be settled according to the laws of England, United Kingdom, and the British court system will have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Instinct Gaming Ltd., its affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use Reload Games; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; (iii) any content obtained from the platform; and (iv) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

12.1 Instinct Gaming Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
