# Returns and Refunds Policy for Instinct TCG

This Returns and Refunds Policy ("Policy") describes the practices of Instinct Gaming Ltd. for transactions on the Instinct TCG platform. Your purchase of any product or service through the platform constitutes your agreement to this Policy.

All sales of products and services on the Instinct TCG platform are final. Except as required by law, purchased products and services are non-refundable, including, but not limited to:

\- Wagers placed on games

\- Purchases of NFTs

\- Platform and transaction fees

#### 2. Legal Requirements

This Policy does not affect any rights you may have under the UK Consumer Law, or any other laws that may apply, to return a product and receive a refund for it.

Instinct Gaming Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, effective upon posting. Continued use of the Instinct TCG platform after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
